The walkable village is developed as a garden estate, with a strong connection to place and landscape, the minimisation of hot hard surfaces and the creation of elegant boulevards inter-connected by landscape walkways, that all feed the residents back to the clubhouse at the heart of the village.

The clubhouse brings together a relationship of multiple amenities into the one building, successfully integrating a pool & gym, wellbeing rooms, alfresco entertainment space, operations area with library and centralised social hub with pool table/games area and lounge.
