integratedDESIGNgroup established five housing typologies that exceed the SEPP requirements and provide Gold Star rated liveable housing for a secure retirement village. The designs provide well proportioned and stately homes which defy their physical size and utilise shared vistas to redefine the backyard, opening up larger connected green spaces between the higher density planning without loss of amenity or compromising on privacy.

The sense of openness and grandeur the designs create maintains the residents understanding of home, and makes the downsize feel like less work than less space. The walkable village is developed as a garden estate, with a strong connection to place and landscape, the minimisation of hot hard surfaces and the creation of elegant boulevards inter-connected by landscape walkways, that all feed the residents back to the clubhouse at the heart of the village.
