integratedDESIGNgroup were introduced to the project to work closely with the client to overcome a previous Land & Environment Court refusal including resident and council opposition.

The result is a permeable building consisting of small communities interwoven between existing trees retained as part of the design.

Designed to settle into the grain of the typical suburban streetscape, it appears as 3 large houses separated by pockets of vegetation providing accommodation for residents that ensures they can remain connected to their local community.

The design represents living relationships in built form.
