Following the council approval of a developed design in 2006, integratedDESIGNgroup was engaged to explore a series of feasibility, planning and services issues.

With minimal adjustment to the approved envelope we increased yield, decreased shared ensuites, enhanced the communal areas and improved building servicing.

Ultimately the design modifications provide for better services to the residents and therefore offer a dignity combined with a greater sense of community.
