This contemporary  family beach house captures the essence of Sydney beach side living. Its character reflects the typical housing typology, whilst its interior is a series of interconnecting living spaces that interact with the outside through screened and louvred ‘rooms’ or balconies, reminiscent of the traditional sunroom.

One of these ‘sunrooms’ is positioned above the living area and is the connection between the outside and the internal void, which allows air movement and light penetration into the heart of the dwelling. This family home contains a variety of private and communal spaces.
