A much needed facility for the country community of Oberon, this new aged care facility for Columbia Care seeks to provide a total of 88 places for a range of care types. This residential aged care facility (RACF) of 66 beds becomes the corner building establishing not only the identity for the site but marking the extent of the block plan extending from the town centre. The remaining beds to be redistributed as independent living units across the site at a later stage.

Embracing the grand but simple sophistication of the traditional local country homestead the RACF is the combination of 3 dwellings displaying these characteristics and offering a dignified and inviting new home for local residents.
